President, Co-Founder
Oversees all executive decisions
Co-founder of Songsalive!, and oversees the global Songsalive! operations as President, Gilli Moon is an Australian singer, songwriter, recording artist, pianist, actor, producer, author, painter, motivator, entrepreneur, visionary and empowering community builder. Gilli Moon is the quintessential renaissance woman, with a ceaseless contribution to the creative and artist community at large. An artist in her own right, Gilli Moon has become a beacon for artists around the world, inspired and motivated by Gilli's story, and her creativity. As Co-Founder and President of Songsalive!, Gilli has established over 25 chapters around the world hosting workshops, showcases and other programs for songwriters. With her Songsalive! world nation, as well as her record label Warrior Girl Music, Gilli has effectively brought together thousands of artists and songwriters together under various umbrellas, whether it be music conferences, song retreats and workshops, or with her dynamic and thought provoking rock music concerts. Gilli has 6 albums released and 2 books, one being JUST GET OUT THERE, the Artist's bible to achieving abundance, self-empowerment and professional success as an Artist entrepreneur. MARY LEMANSKI
Director of Operations
Day to day internal operations of Songsalive!, external communications, & runs secondary head office (Chicago Chapter)
Mary Lemanski started her professional music career at age 11, playing pipe organ. For the past 13 years, Mary has released her original music as MP3s on the Internet. In 2004, she placed runner-up in the Song of the Year Contest, had a Top 10 Hit on Broadjam.com's New Wave charts, and performed at the One World Festival in St. Cloud, MN. In 2005, she was showcased at Earth Mother Mind Jam in Tempe, AZ, the Putt Putt Pub Crawl in St. Louis, MO, and the Millennium Music Conference in Harrisburg, PA. In May 2006, Mary won honorable mention in the R&B/Hip-Hop category of the Song of the Year Contest. In 2010, Mary Lemanski released her first full-length CD, "Eclectic." Since releasing "Eclectic," Mary has performed at Six Flags Great America and was a Semi-Finalist in the 2011 Song of the Year songwriting contest. She was also a Regional Winner in Flavorpill's A Band Apart competition and was featured on the Chicago Regional Winners mixtape. DAVE HARVEY
Executive Director
High level decisions, planning & development, solutions/troubleshooting, runs Head Office Chapter (LA)
Dave Harvey has a diverse background. He grew up in Williamsburg, Virginia and went to high school with Bruce Hornsby. He has led an adventurous career path in being everything from an actor to an archaeologist, a museum blacksmith, historian, editor, and a long current career as a professional museum, art, artifact, architecture, and sculpture conservator. He once had a close encounter with the first artifacts that were raised from the RMS Titanic. When he is not busy saving the world's treasures in his day job, Dave is writing and editing for publications, pursuing photography, and for the past two years has been a videographer producing and directing over 500 hrs. of live music webcasts, and also producing live music events. Dave also runs the Westside Tennis group and in his free time he enjoys hiking and camping.
