Want to do business with Songsalive! Do you want to provide a product or service to our members? You've come to the right place!

Our Partnership Program is different to advertising or sponsoring us. Partnering with us means you can help Songsalive! with cross promotion, while we promote you. It's typically chosen by those who cannot afford advertising or sponsorship as above, and/or where you want to deliver awesome songwriting resources to our Pro Members through our Partner Directory.

Our Partner Directory includes exclusive discounts and leads on song pitching and licensing resources, books and online resources, music studios, writing & educational programs, and more; Also it includes special events, such as song competitions, conferences and festivals (where Songsalive! becomes a "sponsor"), allowing discounted access and unique promotional opportunities for our members.  Our partnership program allows music organizations and services who become partners with us, the ability to promote to our members with exclusive discounts and opportunities, as well as support Songsalive! as an organization, in return through cross promotional link exchange. That means, that if we list you in our Partner Directory, you must promote us in return. We also feature a Partner every few months in our Songnotes magazine, free of charge.

Choosing new partners is to the discretion of Songsalive! and there is usually a wait period. If you're looking for exposure faster, choose the advertising packages. 

In order to become a Songsalive! Partner, you would need to agree to the following:

a) Songsalive! members receive a discount to your service or product that is less than your normal retail price/fee.

b) Songsalive! takes a commission, as donation, of every sale. (this used to be optional, but now, because of the time it takes to create, promote and maintain partner listings, this is now required). We recommend between 5-20% or a set fee you can account to us.

c) Songsalive! gets a unique affiliate url or website landing page that you create - where our members click on to access the discount and info of your service/product. You need to organize all of that for us and make our job easier. On your page that you create for us to click through to, you must be able to track the click-throughs to your site from ours, and then be able to provide us reports of sales. For example, www.yourcompany.com/product/songsalivedeal.html

d) You promote us on your website and in your newsletter promotions. You can either add our Songsalive! banner or at least our website link to the landing page you provide our members.

e) You take care of shipping inventory and you track sales. You send us the commission by mail. A log in control panel for us is even better, where we can see the revenue created (but not essential)

f) Provide us with 1 free demo/copy of the product, service or membership so we can test it, know it to promote it, and use it for one of our staff.

What you get:

• You gain key promotion and advertising through Songsalive!, and at the same time support Songsalive!'s mission as a non-profit organization, by providing discounts to our members, and/or donations to our organization.

  When you join our Partner Program, you would be listed on our PARTNER DIRECTORY page - an exclusive Pro Member only page within our Backstage, where members can take advantage of the opportunities you are providing.

• Promoted as Spotlighted Partner to all our members and subscribers (16,000+) through our Songnotes Magazine (once), eNotes discussion list (goes out weekly) and our social networks.

• Ability to promote through our worldwide Chapters: send us swag, merch, stuff to distribute at our chapters' events and sponsored events (like all the conferences we go to and have booths at.
  Go see how many chapters we have! / Go check out our sponsored events.

• Featured in our monthly Partner Spotlight as "Partner of the Month" at least once in a calendar year.  linked on our home page,

• You would be part of the largest growing community of songwriters and composers in the world. What a nice warm and tingly feeling!

• Contributing to an altruistic non-profit 501c.3) public benefit corporation. This is a great asset to your business plan.
