How do I cancel my subscription (recurring yearly payment as a Pro Member)?
If you need to cancel ongoing payments as a member, everything you need to do is handled via PayPal.com. From the PayPal website log in and you will locate the subscription and cancel it.
You may manage your membership in the Account link at top right of page or Email membership.
How do I leave Songsalive! all together?
1. Cancel your subscription on Paypal as above (Pro Member)
2. Go to your Profile and "Delete Profile."
3. Email songsalivepr@gmail.com if you wish to be removed from our mailing lists.

Subscriptions to emails coming to you:
1. Emails from our website (Membership info, or friend requests and forum/group/blog posts)
Ensure your Profile is up to date with your correct email address. We send occasional membership announcements the site portal, and you may also receive friend requests or responses to posts in our forum, groups or blogs. You can choose what type of emails you want to get, or not.
How to manage: Click on "Profile" to the left or up top right. Go to "Edit Profile Settings" then "Email Settings" tab to choose what email address you want information sent to. Be sure to check the box "I want to receive website email broadcasts and newsletters" so you don't miss out on our weekly blog filled with opportunities. But you can decide what notices you get from other members and our community groups. If you are a member of a Group on this site, you can choose to "Stop Emails" if you wish.
2.Songnotes. (our monthly magazine) and Event reminders for the region you live in are sent via our Main Mailing List (Powered by Fanbridge) . We add you to the list when you join our organization, but you can change the email address and the region you live in anytime by going to this link. (Click on "I would like to update my information for a particular artist") and choose Songsalive!
3. Weekly discussion list: opportunities and member discussions by Songsalive! are sent through eNOTES (powered by yahoogroups) - our discussion list that is sent as an email. We add you to this discussion list when you join Songsalive! but you an manage your subscription on the Yahoo Group directly here. You can also post to it as well by adding songsalive@yahoogroups.com. You can unsubscribe from it by emailing songsalive-unsubscribe@yahoogroups.com. More details about eNotes and other groups here.

4. Meetup.com Los Angeles Meetup / Long Island Meetup / Chicago Meetup
You may also be on our Meetup Group in your area, which helps us attain RSVPs for our localized events.
How to manage: Click on a Meetup above and log in with your Meetup password and change your settings.
5. Getting emails directly from our Chapter Coordinators? They are supposed to use our Fanbridge mailing list (2.). If not, please Email us directly if you are getting these so we can stop them.
