| Workshops
Songsalive! holds workshops where songwriters gather to share their
songs, gain feedback and develop relationships within the songwriting
communities we have created around the world. The first half is solely dedicated
to an in-the-round workshop where writers present one song each - either on
tape, CD or live - followed by a guest speaker/industry discussion in the second
half and plenty of time to talk and network.

your tongue out and taste the talent! Showcase your music and support
our Songsalive! national and international live events and showcases
presenting songwriters and artists of original music. Songsalive! also
connects you to shows presented by other organizations. Showcases are
conducted globally. The Songsalive! Showcases are the best industry
secret, a great happening all around the world. Songsalive! Showcases
are a
very cozy, intimate and acoustic environment where media and
music industry representatives often drop by to check out the latest
talent.

The Grass Valley
Songsalive Chapter is always looking for members to perform.
It is a
recording/rehearsal studio. We have a nice stage, full pa, monitors and lights.
I usually shoot video and take some photos which I can make available to you at
a very low cost.
We can seat 30
people. I divide the $5.00
door charge with anyone who performs. You keep 100% of any cd or
merchandise sales.
Usually you
get up to a 30 minute set as we don't have many members in this
area.
Guest artists who
are looking to do their first Songsalive Showcase have a good chance to
play one time to check it out.
Grass Valley is 60
miles North-east of Sacramento in the beautiful foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountains. 100 miles north-west of Reno,
Nevada.
