We are very excited to announce a new membership and online experience for our Songsalive! Members, taking our organization to the next level of being a truly global community. You've never seen anything like it, and Songsalive! is going to take you there.
'Pro' Membership replaces our previous 'General' and 'Elite' membership levels and is $50/yr. Pro membership gives you everything Elite gave you before but at half the price! (Read about Pro Membership)
TAKE ACTION TO MIGRATE OVER:
Firstly, your current username and password will not work on this new site.
As we are moving our membership database out of the old site and into this new site, unfortunately we cannot transfer/import your details (contact, financial) from our end. Instead, you need to register with our site again. (Find out when your old membership runs out, log into the old site with existing username/password and click on View Profile)
You have two (2) options. Transfer membership now; or wait till your current membership is due for renewal. Read on...
OPTION A - transfer over now
1. Join this new site as a Pro Member for $50. (You will be prompted to Register to the site (free) then you can upgrade to Pro.) Your membership will be active for a whole new year from sign up date.
2. When we verify your payment, we will refund you up to $50 (or less if you paid discount) you made to Songsalive! (we will honor payments received back to April 1, 2011*), We will refund within 24 hours of notification. (If you originally paid by check, we will send a check to your address you list in your new profile on this site).
NOTE: Steps 2. and 3. Can be done simultaneously so you are not paying before getting refunded: If you are uncomfortable with Doing step 2. before we refund in step 3 email us and we can refund you first. (we know how hard it is counting our pennies these days...)
(*Unfortunately at this time we cannot honor refund of membership payments that were paid previous to April 1, 2011 (unless you paid for more than 1 year), nor any free prize or cd sampler free memberships. Please note that when you join as a Pro Member you will be provided membership for a whole new year from sign up date, so you get extra time. Any excess over $50 for General or $80 Elite cannot be refunded at this time. The reason for this is if you paid more, you have been able to access Elite exclusive content you paid for, that is no longer available on this site, and your new membership is going to last a whole new year from the date you join. For extreme circumstances where you want a refund for payments before April 1, 2011, please email us and we can consider part refunds.) Please note, if Option A does not work for you, you can also choose Option B and continue with your current membership services.)

or, OPTION B - wait till your membership is up for renewal
1. Register on this site for a free account. (basic access)
2. And, Stay as a member on the old site until end December 2011 or when your membership is up for renewal, (whichever comes first) and then, at that point, you will be reminded to renew and you will be prompted to Join this new site as a Pro Member for $50.
3. Note you will still have access to the old site until December 2011 to access your old member profile, payment settings and old backstage content. However, the Showcase Application is now on the new site, so if you want to perform, we recommend Option A above. The old site is archived at www.songsalive.biz and you can log in with existing username/password
